Chirico finding himself hunted by his own government seeks refuge in Uoodo City a city inhabited mostly by criminals and others unfit to live in civilized areas. Fortunately Chirico establishes a quick rapport with Uoodo's inhabitants whom he convinces after they are chased out of the city to mount a rebellion in order to take back their rightful homes. Waging a full-scale battle with the help of an entire battalion of Armored Troopers Chirico and company decide to take on the government. Contains episodes 13-16.
